Noti Cloud ("the App") is developed and maintained by BuiltTruly. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, why it collects it, and how it is stored and used.

Noti Cloud collects the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Notification content: The text, title, and body of notifications received on your device.
• App names: The name of the application that sent each notification.
• Timestamps: The date and time each notification was received.
• App icons: Icons of apps that sent notifications (stored locally for display purposes).

We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal identifying information unless you explicitly provide it (for example, when contacting support).

Local storage (default): All notification data is stored locally on your Android device in a private, app-only database. It is not accessible to other apps.

Cloud backup (optional): If you choose to enable cloud sync, your notification history is encrypted and uploaded to secure cloud storage. This feature is entirely opt-in. You can disable it or delete your cloud data at any time from within the app settings.

• To display your notification history within the app.
• To allow you to search, filter, and browse past notifications.
• To synchronize your data across devices when cloud sync is enabled.

We do not use your notification data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond providing the app's features to you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your notification data with any third parties. Your data is yours alone.

If cloud sync is enabled, data is stored with a reputable cloud provider under appropriate data processing agreements. The provider only stores encrypted data and has no access to its contents.

Noti Cloud requires the following Android permissions to function:

• Notification Listener Service: Required to read notifications as they arrive. This is the core permission the app relies on.
• Internet: Required only if cloud sync is enabled.
• Storage: Used to store notification data locally on your device.

Your local notification data is retained until you delete it manually within the app or uninstall the app, at which point all local data is removed automatically.

If you have enabled cloud sync, you can delete all cloud data from the app settings at any time. You may also contact us at support@builttruly.com to request deletion of any cloud-stored data.

Noti Cloud is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and their data may have been collected, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
