How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Noti Cloud account and all associated data, please email us at:

Email support@builttruly.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: "Delete My Noti Cloud Account"
  • Your registered email (the Google account you used to sign in to Noti Cloud)
  • Optional reason for deletion (helps us improve)

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your email address and Google account identifier
  • All cloud-synced notifications associated with your account
  • All registered devices linked to your account
  • Your subscription state record
  • Daily usage counters

What Data Is Kept (and Why)

For legal and accounting reasons, we may retain the following data even after account deletion:

  • Subscription transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance (required by Indian law). These records contain payment metadata only, not personal usage data.
  • Anonymized aggregate data— basic counts (e.g., "total users") with no personal identifiers.

All personally identifiable information is removed from these records. They cannot be linked back to you after deletion.

Local Data on Your Device

Noti Cloud stores notifications locally on your device by default. This local data is not affected by account deletion. To remove local data, please:

  • Open the Noti Cloud app
  • Go to Settings → Data → Clear all notifications
  • Or uninstall the app to remove all local data automatically

Partial Data Deletion (Without Account Deletion)

If you only want to delete some data (not your entire account), you have options that don't require contacting us:

  • Delete cloud notifications: Sign out from the app to stop cloud sync. Your cloud notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days (our retention period).
  • Cancel Premium subscription: Manage via Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Cloud sync stops after expiry.
  • Clear local notifications: Settings → Data → Clear all notifications.
  • Revoke notification access: Android Settings → Notifications → Notification access → Turn off Noti Cloud.

Cancel Subscription First

If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it via Google Play Store before requesting account deletion. We cannot cancel your Google Play subscription on your behalf.

To cancel:

  • Open Google Play Store
  • Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Find Noti Cloud → Cancel subscription
